First,A routine inspection

(4)The amount of electrolyte lead-acid batteries inside

(5)Dust of the suction hole

(6)Loose Tighten each section

(7)Abnormal vibration and noise

(8)Leak Fuel and oil

Second, the regular maintenance

The filter elements should be cleaned every 25 hours. 50 hours to replace the filter cartridge. 100 hours replacement of oil. 200 hours Replace the oil filter. Clean fuel filter. Adjust the spark plug gap. 300 hours inspection apparent specific gravity and battery vent pipe operation. If necessary, replace it charged. 500 hours inspection and replacement of carbon brushes. Engine overhaul every 1000 hours. Check the generator bearings. Replace the rubber gasket. Every two years cleaning the engine cooling air intake hole and generator cover. Replace the fuel pipe.

Note: The first time you want to change the oil after used 20 hours later. Then replacing at every 100 hours or every 6 months.
